Default Adam and Eve + Incest

I was thinking the other day about how according to the bible everyone came from Adam and Eve, mean they had kids, those kids had kids etc. and that the Bible calls incest a sin.

I definitely have a very small knowledge of the bible but I've never heard anything different from this. Also I've never heard this in the few critiques I've read on here. Is there something to this? Something I'm missing? Or is this just another plank in the argument against the bible that I've simply not seen yet?

It's just a myth-understanding.

Start with this thread from last week: Inbreeding in the Bible

Then if you still care about the issue, start here: Cain's Wife

The same applies to Noah's children and their wives too, I suppose.
I think the standard argument is that incest wasn't proscribed until the time of Mosaic law.
