That images of Jesus/God don't represnt reality? So?

Well since he isnt even supposed to be a MAN, there could never be a "true" representation of him. Even though there are parts of the bible that say that God did show himself to us, those passages never give a description of what he/she/it looked like. I suppose Michelangelo and others imagined him as a wise old man.. with a beard no less...Shaving might be a no no, since he is scared to be by Occam's Razor.

There is already a thread discussing what Jesus looked like and the accuracy of artists' and other impressions of him (I THINK that's the intended topic of this thread) here, so I'm closing this one.
