Sure, that would come in handy in the modern economy. I suppose this is some sort of measure against relocating jobs abroad. "He boss, if you relocate my job: remember that I've passed M16 101 in high school".

Children would have to be conceived artificially in order to do that of course. Such are the logical consequences of out-of-control yuppyism. Again, the logical consequences of present policies for several european countries is going to be having their nations brought under sharia law.

Well, I certainly missed the 18-22 year mark.
