"Beyond our understanding"...?
Do theist arguments like "God's reasons are beyond our understanding" or anything like that have any basis in the Bible, Quran or anything?

Romans 9
20But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? "Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, 'Why did you make me like this?' "[8] 21Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use? This might not be exactly what you are looking for but it's a start. I can't find the passage I was looking for but this seems to point to what you're asking. I'll do some digging tonight. peace D |

I'll take a stab, but I'm just guessing.
