Well, you were not my target, GD - and actually as I recall you went out an found some literature while I was writing a response. That stuff in the 1911 encyclopedia was interesting, but I was fearful to cite it as I could not really establish the veracity of the source. If you find more on that, it might be valuable.
I mentioned Fredericksen specifically on the other thread because that was the thread topic. Whereas in general I just wanted to get this point established so that it never comes up as a red herring again. Spin wants more, but I think I'm just going to whack him with a stick instead. I'm a little swamped at the moment. Thanks again, though. This is such a great site. |
