CS Lewis - 'Mere Christianity'
I just got done reading 'Mere Christianity' by CS Lewis. I was wondering if any of you knew of books directly(or indirectly) attacking/critiquing his ideas. Or if any of you have any discrepancies with some of his arguments feel free to post them. Thanks

I don't know of any books specifically refuting it but I'll be personally happy to smash anything in it you may wish to see addressed. :devil3:
Seriously, though, the Trilemma is one of the more well known fallacies in his book ("Liar, madman or lord"). Want to know how to shred it? |

The Secular Web Library has a section on C. S. Lewis.
You can also Search the Secular Web Library for "Mere Christianity". |

Mere Christianity started out as a set of wartime lectures.
Lewis seemed to be worried that if there was no God, then we could not say objectively that the Jews were suffering at the hands of the Nazis. |
