We can use the fact that heaven is crammed with Catholics as positive evidence if you consider that their inspired works of art are heavenly creations. If the thing was mythical and if Christ dwells among us what more do you expect for positive evidence.

Apart from that, just the absense of art outside of Catholicism (and Judaism) should be conclusive here and beyond that its philosophy department will do the rest as finest of fine arts.

Yes I agree. You are looking for physical evidence that it was a spiritual event.
