Intersexuals and the Bible
Where do Intersexuals fit in the Bible? This has always fascinated me. Can they marry? Are they considered abominations? Does the Bible consider them male, female, some third gender?
This is a strange topic indeed but I'd like to see a serious inquiry into how the Bible treats those who are born Intersexuals. |

DAniel PS some interpreters say Adam was initially a hermaphrodite, because he did, after all, have a female rib. |

Religious Tolerance has a page on intersexuals. Scroll down to "Religious Attacks on Intersexuals"
Conservative Christians deny that there could be such a thing as intersexuals. Chuch Colson attributes intersexuality to the corruption that came into the world after the Fall, so that medical prodecures can be used to correct a medical problem. |

Adam was a man, to whom god offered a number of animals as partners, but he was uninterested even in the sheep. God used Adam's flesh to make Woman, thus making Woman a clone and Adam her mother. |
