Default A possible contradiction

Consider the following Scriptures from the NIV:

Mark 6:4-5 Jesus said to them, "Only in his hometown, among his relatives and in his own house is a prophet without honor." He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them.

John 10:37-38 Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does. But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father."

What about it, readers? Do we have a contradiction here?

Wouldn't be the only one.
