Question Random bible question

A Baptist Priest once told me what he believed would happen when god returns to Earth. This was a few years ago so i cannot recall exactly, but it was basically as follows...

God returns to Earth.
Satan appears and god kills him with his breath.
God Distroys Earth and heaven
God creates a new Earth
God creates a large metalic cube that revolves around the new Earth.
God sends all from heaven and all christians that were on Earth at the time of distruction to live in this cube. I remember him specifically saying the cube would have many levels.

The first three points are fairly standard, the rest gets interesting.
Not that i have looked into it much but this is the only time i have heard of this cube. Is there any part of the bible that mentions something like this? Or does anyone have any ideas as to where he would have learned about this amazing cube?

Please forgive my horrible writing style.

Baptists don't normally have priests. In fact, Baptists usually despise priests. Whatever this guy was, he was a fruitcake. My first guess would also be that he got the metal cube idea from Star Trek.

Interestingly, borg cubes are exactly the size of the temple of the lord (the one with the N-headed lion things chanting GLORY GLORY GLORY nonstop) mentioned in ?revelations?

I believe the New Jerusalem in Revelations is described as equal in width, heigth and depth, so technically a cube. I don't remember it being an orbiting space station, tho. Just his little twist. Could have something to do with the mention that it needs no sun, so maybe he thinks that it will be a sealed cube.

Quote:
REV 21:16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.

REV 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.

REV 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

ETA: A furlong is 1/8th mile, so it would be 1500 miles cubed. I guess it would have to be in space...it would cover most of the US. Maybe it is the Caves Of Steel that Asimov wrote about.

I forget where but I read a funny parody where a Star Trek-ish crew runs into the 'Christborg'.
