Default The Retrojection of Satan Into the Garden of Eden

Actually the retrojection of Satan into the Garden of Eden began before the New Testament was written. Philo, answering a question about Genesis 3:5, wrote this:

Moreover, the devil proceeds with great art, speaking by the mouth of the serpent. For not only is there in the Divinity the knowledge of good and evil, but there is also an approval of what is good and a repudiation of what is evil;

The author of the Apocryphal book The Wisdom of Solomon wrote the following:
