If you mean lesbianism then I have already said that if all the females become lesbians then this will lead to the extinction of the human race. This is a suicidal solution.

Pick and choose from the following:

Gay, lesbian, heterosexual, bisexual, monogamous, polygamous, promiscuous, abstinent (etc)

Put them together in different combinations. Each combination will represent a different level of risk STD wise. Not everyone will ever belong to just one group. There will always be people who have STDs and there will always be people who don't. The matter of which group one belongs to is not always a matter of personal choice. It isn't, however, something that is done as an affront to God (select any group - they will have different beliefs, from absolute non-belief all the way through to fundamentalism) but because, more frequently than not, it is how they FEEL. Emotions, particularly when considered in a sexual context, are not just things one can switch on and off as one pleases.

As has been pointed out numerous times, those aren't their only choices. There are many other choices that are better than Islam.

Again, AIDS prevalence in Western Europe is about the same as it is in the Middle East, and AIDS prevalence in east Asia is much lower than it is in the Middle East. So there appear to be a lot of "solutions" that are as good as, or better than, the Islamic solution.

If they live in Western Europe, heterosexual women are more likely to choose having sex with men wearing condoms. The Koranic solution is of course out of the question as it restricts basic freedom, which is not acceptable in a developed country. It works in backward thirld world countries because they don't really have any other alternative.
