If Adam and Eve gained humility and ego when they ate from the forbidden fruit tree, how can there still be tribes in which its people dont wear clothing?

This seems like a modern interpretation - ego and humility. The Bible only speaks about shame and wisdom.

Gen 2:25 The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.

Gen 3:6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.

I don't know how inerrantists explain the existence of tribes who do not wear clothing, but there are many possibilities. Some humans could have devolved or just forgotten that lesson from the garden, or Satan could have led them further astray. But I think that most human societies have some sort of covering of some part of the body, as well as the concepts of shame and honor.
