Default Chapter divisions in kings and chronicles??

How early did the chapter divisions begin in Kings and Chronicles? Were the early psalms numbered? I'm trying to get a handle on how the writer of Mark in the late first or early second century would have encountered the OT.

Kings/Chronicles: no chapter or verse numbers at that time. I believe a number of Psalm fragments found at Qumran had numbers, so it's probably safe to assume gospel writers had access to themn. Good luck figuring out which numbering system though as MT, LXX and Qumran all have differences.

In Acts 11:33 we have a reference 'as also it is written in the second psalm' (some manuscripts read 'first psalm').

There doesn't seem to be an "Acts 11:33"!

That should be 13:33 -

"God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee." (KVJ)

Other than "Psalm 151", and verse ordering differences, (even today Jewish and Christian Bibles are often offset one verse due to including the introduction as a verse in the Christian Bibles) are there actual numbering differences ? Of course the Greek OT manuscripts extant (socalled LXX) tends to contradict itself, so that might be the base of concern, simply variations within the Greek OT.

Perhaps in some manuscripts the Psalms are in a different order, suggesting a numbering difference, even if no numbers are given?

I really dunno on this, so if somebody has the scholarship, please share away.
Are there groupings of Psalms in the DSS in different order than the MT. (Wait a minute, I could check "The Dead Sea Scrolls Bible").
