Default What was Mt. Ararat called back in the days of Noah?

That's question one.

Question two is when did it start being called Mt. Ararat?

Question three is how far was Ararat (Uratra?) from the modern country of Turkey?

I think that Asimov covers this in he excellent Guide to the Bible but I just moved and all my shit is packed still.
