Frankly I think Jesus was influenced by The Doors' "Break On Through": "The gate is straight, Deep and wide". Clearly Matthew 7:14 is based on Morrison's lyric
So, time is relative, then?!

Then again, maybe the Doors were influenced by the bible?

But back to the inanity. WRT the unpublished War scroll, Solomon Zeitlin may have been right after all, with the DSS being not just Medieval, but based on 19th century Norwegian plays!

That connects a lot of dots!

Skippy
Then clearly Morrison and Jesus derived their quotes from a common source, perhaps in fertility myths relating to Osirus. Heaven knows, Morrison was into them.

Oops, that was me. The source did not capitalize "hollywood".

According to the index to John Allegro's _Sacred Mushroom and the Cross_, this could be a jumbled form of Sumerian *HA-*LIU-*UTA-*MOO-*VE-*AU, roughly tranlated as "Womb containing penis juice of fecundity".

The asterisks, if course, indicate (in good Allegrian style) that these forms are theoretical, and not actually found in the tablets in this combination.
