The Historical (or otherwise) Jesus and Google Trends
FWIW I just had a quick look at some of the new bits in Google Labs, and specifically the feature called TRENDS. Some examples of BC&H related GOOGLE TRENDS
historicaljesus *** gnostics *** Gospel of Judas, Gospel of Thomas *** Eusebius, christian history *** new testament, old testament *** bible, jesus, buddha, popeye, harry potter *** If anyone discovers any interesting trends related to BC&H please feel free to contribute.

superman, batman, spiderman, gandalf, jesus
It appears that despite the fluctuations of other characters jesus (dark blue) at 1.00 remains in the world more than twice as often discussed (with exceptional peaks) than either of the following ... superman (light blue) at 0.32, batman (red) at 0.46, spiderman (orange) at 0.48, or gandalf (green) at 0.02 |
