Default Prefatio vel Argumentum Lucæ

According to catholic encyclopedia on Luke:

Quote:
http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/09420a.htm

After St. Paul's martyrdom practically all that is known about him is contained in the ancient "Prefatio vel Argumentum Lucæ", dating back to Julius Africanus, who was born about A.D. 165. This states that he was unmarried, that he wrote the Gospel, in Achaia, and that he died at the age of seventy-four in Bithynia (probably a copyist's error for Bœotia), filled with the Holy Ghost.
Anyone knows anything about this "Prefatio vel Argumentum Lucæ"? It failed to google anything about it.

This is not listed in the Catholic Encyclopedia's entry on Julius Africanus.

I think this could be translated as "Preface to the Gospel of Luke" and might be part of his commentary on the gospels, which has disappeared.

This is one of the latin prologues to the Gospels.

Although the tradition may be reasonably early I am unsure of the basis for attributing it to Julius Africanus.
