No, procreation is done by temporal beings (like us humans) who have a beginning and an end as human beings but are eternal in their animal man nature wherein they are the manifest essence of God.

This allows for the Intelligent Design to exist inside the species and create the next generation anew after the design made by the eternal animal man.

Whatever kind of mythology you have created for yourself, it has nothing to do with what is written in the Bible. That was written by different people alooooong time ago.
