Yes it turns out that Hippolytus makes reference to seventy martyrs from the early Church and one of them is Philologus of Sinope

This argument is getting worse all the time. Apparently this Philologos has something to do with the same figure addressed by Paul in the Letter to the Romans:
Philologus - A Christian at Rome to whom Paul sends his salutation. Salute Philologus, and Julia, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them. |

Pseudo-Epiphanius and Pseudo-Dorotheos apparently place Andrew in Scythia. Both introduce Stachys and Philologos as disciples of Andrew, who ordains them as first bishops of Byzantium and Sinope, respectively. This has nothing to do with Marcion.
