I've complained about the modification of my posts before, so I just thought I'd drop a reminder and a warning for unaware lurkers that might care. I didn't really expect I'd be changing anyone's mind here...

If you want to make your own posts to support your website, fine, but I think it's wrong to modify other's posts for your gain.

As we said the last time this issue came up, if you don't want your posts modified, don't post Amazon links.

There are people here who do want to support the site, and if they click on an unmodified link and buy the book, we lose out.
