Looking for some info..
Greetings,
I was wondering if anybody knew any reliable source that deals with the claims that Christianity was either one of the Grecko-Romanian mystery religions or one of the dying-and-rising god cults that as far as I know were prevalent in the day. Has this claim being debunked already or is there still some mainstream scholarship that advances it? As a side question, what is the prevaling opinion about the authenticy of Luke's interviews to the eye witnesses as he states in his Gospel? And a last one, what are the fatcs both pro or against the authoriship of the Gospel of Matthew and John by the authors the same name? Are they annonymous? Thank in advance, Valz |

If he had interviewed eyewitnesses, it would be hard to explain why he borrowed so much from Mark. Quote:
