Christian Origins, Blog Style
I now am using "Christian Origins" not only as a repository of secondary material but also as a blog on events concerning my sites and on new resources relating to early Christian studies (particularly on the 'net):

It has occurred to me more than once that we probably don't say "thank you for your efforts" quite often enough. So, thank you for your efforts. P.S. I have just purchased your "Early Christian Writings" CD. It sounds like an incredible bargain to me. Amlodhi |

I will most likely purchase this CD also. Though I already have hardcopy of a great deal of the material that is on both CD's, I think that the additional commentary and the convenience of a software format is well worth it for the small price. I also have copies of Josephus and Philo but it would be nice to have these on software as well. Am I to understand that these are sent on a separate CD, as opposed to an online download? Thanks Amaleq13, Amlodhi |

Right now the Early Jewish Writings CD is vaporware (it's under development and nobody has paid anything for a copy). When it's done, it will include both Philo and Josephus in English translation.
The ECW cd just happens to have Philo (because I had no better place to put it when it was digitized). [BTW, I apologize that I haven't sent the cd yet and won't be able to until probably Thursday because of studying and another engagement.] best, Peter Kirby |
