Genesis 4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch; and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.
At that time, only Adam, Eve, Cain, and Abel existed. The only possibilities for Cain's wife then comes from either an omission from the Bible, or his mother, Eve.

Genesis 4:15 .....Then the Lord put a mark on Cain so taht no one who found him would kill him.
This happened after Cain killed Abel. But who would kill him? It was only his family on the Earth.

This then proves that there were other people on the Earth, just not Adam, at the point of creation.
