Genre Study Question
Does anybody know if there are any good reference books on the Hellenic genre of "arts" texts, as in the "ars poetica." I'm writing something exploring whether Paul's epistles were not meant as theology at all (since that genre hadn't been invented yet), but rather a type of "ars christiania," a manual for living as a Christian.
