Default CNN presents the "Mystery of Jesus" Sunday Dec 19

Sun, Dec 19, 8:00 and 11:00 pm EST

The Mystery of Jesus

"His short time on Earth launched one of the world's great religions. But in many ways, the life of Jesus remains a mystery. The discovery of an ossuary -- or burial box -- with the inscription, "Joseph, brother of Jesus," raised a flurry of new questions about the historical Jesus. In "The Mystery Of Jesus," scientists and scholars sift through the available evidence and help us understand why the "greatest story ever told" is also one of the greatest mysteries never solved."

"The Mystery of Jesus" is dated April 2004 - this looks like a recycled Easter program

Quote:
Religious scholars such as Dr. A.J. Levine from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee and Dr. Claire Pfann from The University of the Holy Land in Jerusalem discuss the personal details of Jesus' life, supported both by historical and religious texts.

They shed light on the early years of Jesus and provide insight into matters such as the existence of Jesus' brothers and sisters.

Another scholar, Dr. Bruce Chilton, even claims that the actual birthplace of Jesus may not be in Bethlehem of Judea, whilst astronomer Michael Molnar discusses his unique findings regarding the birth date of Jesus, which he has calculated using technology and old astrological maps.
