Question concerning Judges 1:19
Judges 1:19 is the infamous iron chariot verse. It says:
And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron. My question is, to whom does the pronoun "he" refer to? I notice that all of the translations write it in lowercase to make it seem as if it refers to Judah. Are they correct? |
