re the allegory in the gospel of mark
a few months ago, there is a thread here which included a post with a link to a page on the gospel of Mark. The page on the gospel of Mark claimed that there were various allegorical and symbolic things in Mark, as simple as the name Arimathea and other things such as the 2 feedings of the 5000 and then the 4000, and the leftover baskets of 12 and 7 representing Israel and the Gentiles.
Does anyone remember where that page is? thanks! |
