I think that TedM actually meant what follows in that sentence: the allegedly huge amount of "information" about Jesus. But the same question would arise, is there any correlation between the amount of information and its truthiness? Is there a reason for a separate thread on this? |

The Bible is the most published book in the world, they also say. It's irrelevant, of course.
Numbers become important for information if sources vary as well. If all Chinese wrote on a piece of paper "Communism is the most successful political system of all." this statement would count as one source even if it were paraphrased in millions of ways. |
