God impregnated Mary.
There is only 1 God.
Christ is God.
Mary is Christ's mother.
Therefore, Jesus Christ 'screwed' his own mother?

Mary's Immaculate Conception is generally understood to place Mary back into the state that Adam and Eve were in before the Fall. After being conceived without the stain of sin, Mary could have committed personal sin. This is what makes Mary's sinlessness contingent (and hence, different from Christ's sinlessness).

I may have misunderstood the OP. Mysterious, were you referring to the Virgin Conception, as opposed to the IC?
