That satellite photo...

...looks like rocks and snow to me...

Now don't get me wrong. Very nice rocks and snow. But rocks and snow nonetheless.

Bah, you just see rocks and snow because that's a raw image. To properly pick out artifact details, you have to run these things through various Photoshop filters, enlarge the image a lot, and false color helps too.

I mean look at that picture...there's no blocky pixels at all! Of course you can't see the obvious structure!

If it is, or was a boat, it will be proven to be so. Our science can specifically identify materials underground without actually having to have contact with them.
Isn't that a glacier it is embedded in? Was the Ark therefore a titanic tree which Noah just hollowed out a little bit. Any man made vessel would have been crushed if it were embedded that deep. This unfortunately is a hoax. Especially when taken into consideration with all the good stuff on this thread. Especially Toto and enemigo's contributions. I copied the photo and enlarged it. Knowing about maritime construction through the centuries, it is impossible that such a large wooden structure, of those proportions, could have been built let alone remained structurally intact. As to verifying any scale, that is conveniently left out. Oh I can smell the bullshit from here. A fool is soon parted with his money, and these people have obviously fooled hundreds of thousands of people- now who has been bribing who. Yep this is a criminal hoax to defraud as many people as possible in my opinion. Still Veritas Vincit and a nice cell for several of these hoaxers. Well I hope so anyway-I do not condone stealing candies from children. Ensign Morituri is more than likely correct-rock. And I don't mean 'stick of...'

The search for Noah's Ark is much like the search for Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, ESP effects, etc. Endless reporting of borderline results with no detailed followup.

No live Bigfoot or Loch Ness Monster or a corpse of one has ever been found.

ESP and other psi effects do not become easier and easier to measure over time. Instead, they perpetually remain borderline, always occurring in the dark or at borderline statistical significance or under similar such circumstances.

Evidence, please?

This seems like UFO coverup theories and similar conspiracy theories.

The reason for not excavating is because there would be no way to keep a 3,000 year old wooden structure intac. If this is a boat it would have rotted away long ago leaving nothing but an imprint of its physical material.
I would not be too sure of that for pitch-soaked wood, especially at high elevations.

The EAC really dropped the ball on this one. I thought they'd rerouted all the imaging satellites away from the Ark? If the true location of Eden is found, they might as well kiss all those Evolution research grants goodbye.

Many people will lose their heads for this blunder,I would imagine.

Default CNN Reports on expedition to search for Noah’s Ark

Seriously they do! The story is even in the Science & Space section.

http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/science....ap/index.html

Maybe while they are poking around in the Ark they will also find the WMD. I can’t believe CNN is even reporting this. What will they report on next: The search for Santa's toy factory, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, sasquatch?

If you go to the above URL make sure and take notice of all the ads hawking Noah’s Ark merchandise. What do you make of that? I’m guessing this is nothing other than a media stunt to sell a bunch of shit – and CNN is playing right along. I have this horrible vision, that they will turn this into a “realty show.

We need to get hundreds of people to write in every day, asking where the Ark is after CNN invariably "forgets" about this article as time passes...
