Default How to obtain inscription translation (Bryn Mawr Classical Review article)

I am seeking to obtain the details of two inscriptions
mentioned in this Bryn Mawr Classical Review 2002.03.16 article.

The references to these inscriptions in this review
are contained in the following. Can anyone advise
how to obtain the english translations to these
(presumeably greek) inscriptions. Many thanks:

Interesting also is the wording of 16/32/03, so carefully phrased that one cannot tell whether the deceased is a pagan, an orthodox Christian, or a heretical Montanist or Novatian.

And 16/32/04 combines the "Christians for Christians" formula with thoroughly pagan allusions.

Get the book. Sit down with a lexicon and a grammar and make some.

All the best,

The only problem with this is that it appears
to me that the book is written in German
(I could be wrong) in which language I am
not passably conversant.

I have emailed the author (below) but without
success.

Here is the Article Subject description and
the first paragraph of the review:

Since this review concerns itself with the third volume of a long-term publishing endeavor, it should be unnecessary to repeat what has already been said in this e-journal about the project in general or its organization, methodology, and aims, or about its midstream change of plans, announced with the second volume. The reader is referred to the review of the first volume by Julia Lougovaya (BMCR 2000.05.16) and of the second by myself (BMCR 2001.05.04). Unlike the first two volumes, this one does include some inscriptions published here for the first time, specifically some from Dorylaion and vicinity, now mostly in the museum of Eskisehir, contributed by Peter Frei, as well as a few from Philomelion (Aksehir) and Hadrianoupolis, contributed by David French and Lloyd Jonnes.

How about some good web based Epigraphy databases?
Has anyone wandered into this field in this newsgroup?
There seems to be a finite number of greek inscriptions.
Classical database project. They wont be changing,
perhaps new discoveries will be expand their scope.

And can anyone tell me if there exists any form of
international conventions relating to the Naming or
Reference Number standardisation concerning inscriptions.

I have recently read Elsa Gibson's "The Christians for
Christians Inscriptions of Phrygia" in which all references
to the perhaps 40 odd citations appear to be only those
earlier plate number (ie: picture) and text and number
references conveniently employed by earlier researchers.

In the above aricle you will see another schema of reference
being employed (eg: 16/32/04). In the long run one might
expect some form of standard. Does one exist?
Thanks for any information on this issue.
