Bible quotes of hate
I'm a member of an other otherwise pleasant forum. But there's a guy who is now going overboard with Islam hate saying how it's an evil religion. The good news is that he's Christian. So I thought I'd shut him up with Biblical verses that show how Christianity is evil too.
I've seen them many times but I thought the easiest would be to ask this forum. I'm sure it'd also be great entertainment value in general. |

"Yet, the Second Coming of Christ is a central theological belief of Christianity. When Jesus returns to earth, the gloves will be off: no longer will he practice nonviolence or pacifism. Enemies will be mercilessly killed, not loved. In this manner, Jesus will fulfill the messianic prophecies found in the Bible–both in the Old and New Testaments. " |

The God of the Bible does not love everyone. God only loves those people that He has elected to love, and this is a very small amount of people.
The story of Jacob and Esau is a good story of this. God said, "As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated."-Romans 9:13. Also “Esau was cut off because that was God’s will, not anything Esau did."(Romans 9:11-18). God hated Esau before He created Esau, and there was nothing that Esau could do to change that situation. This is a big disconnect between this and human thinking. We cannot understand why a Creator would create something, knowing beforehand that He would hate it and destroy it. It's like a cook buying a pot roast and then saying, I hate pot roast, so I am going to burn it and throw it away. Ask a Christian (or a Muslim or even a Jew for that matter) does God know everything, and is the designer of abslutely eveything in the Universe down to the smallest details, everything. If you believe in a God, you have to believe that. Ask the Christian does God send people to hell to be tortured forever and ever. If yes, why? Most will say that it is because of "free will", but it cannot be free will if God designed everything and everyone past, present and future. God knew before you were born how you are going to die, and where your destination is going to be. To deny this, is to deny that God is perfect and all knowing. What about when children die or are murdered, for example a heartbreaking story of an American child who happened to be home from school sick alone when she was raped and murdered by a gang of house robbers. Ask the Christian, (or the Muslim or anyone who believes in a immortal, omnimax "loving" god...... 1.) Is God love? (They would say yes, which by their own Bibles in false) 2.) How can God be love if he allows things like a 12 year old child to be terrorized, raped and murdered? (Because the robbers had free will.) 3.) Did God mean for that child to be terrorized, raped and murdered in her own home by these beasts? (Christian- Of course not!) 4.) Is God all knowing, does God know the past, present and future? (Christian-yes.) 5.) Then God predestined for this 12 year old child to be terrorized, raped and murdered in her own home. (The Christian will begin by saying no, but then confronted with the evidence that God is all knowing, throws in the old bullshit line that God is "strange and mysterious" and beyond human understanding. Or, that it was Satan who caused this to happen, when the evidence clearly shows that Satan cannot do anything without God's consent, and it's not consent because God preplanned it all along.) 6.) Why do people die? (Christian: Because of sin.) 7.) So this 12 year old child was terrorized, gang raped, and murdered because she was a sinner. (let the cross wearers back out of that one.) 8.) So, does God love everyone? (Eeks.) |
