Actually Poor Goliath was wearing his bronze helmet as 1 Samuel 17:5 tells us. I guess it was one shitty helmet that didn't even protect the forehead.

Hmm, good point. It's been awhile since I read the story! Somewhere in the Philistine camp, a blacksmith is getting the axe...

Could someone please tell me what Chili and Sheshbazzar are talking about and what it has to do with Goliath getting stoned?
It's a symbolic language, much like wingdings.
It uses a lot to actually say very little. It does discourage debate though, because most people are unwilling to put in the effort, myself included.

Bread I have cast upon these waters, and Seed I have sown in the morning and in the evening upon this field, After many days, the fish will be fattened and multiply, the day comes when my nets shall be filled, and in due time this sowing will deliver a bountiful harvest.

Actually what happened was that he picked up a pile of stones and thought he would count them [the verse describing this must have been overlooked].
Having the sling in one hand, the left- it must be cos it doesn't say it's the right, he had only the fingers of one hand to count with.
So trying to count more than one hand of fingers he gave up in disgust and dropped the rest.
Thus 5.

It's simple, really: Slings do 1d4+2 stunning damage, but with his Power Attack feat and +8 BAB, he felt he could win anyways.

plus maybe David knew that Goliath was wearing a cursed Bronze Helmet of Stunning with -20 AC against blunt ranged weapons.

Perhaps, but I more tend to think that mankind will continue in the manner he was created , irregardless of fattening, the moment he is struck in the head , between the eyes, with one smooth stone, we (singularity of purpose). And that’s what David knew without all the mumbo jumbo, no disrespect intended...........................

The four other stones................pocket change. Perhaps it could be said he got what he wanted with change to spare
