Personally, I don't think Jesus was virgin-born and I am agnostic on the other points, for what it's worth. That Acharya is a female author is neither here nor there. I "go after her" because she makes many weird claims, without analysis and without verifying her sources.

The claim that Acharya reproduces without analysis is that a tribe of Pygmies had a "highly technical and advanced type of material culture and that they built boats and traveled widely around the world, but that this technical excellence brought them nothing but bad luck".

Do you yourself believe that the Pygmies used to have a highly advanced technical culture and built boats to travel around the world? Is Hallet's claim enough to support this?
