APOLLOS OF ALEXANDRIA AND THE EARLY CHRISTIAN APOSTOLATE

The author of this article fails to mention Apollonius of Tyana
despite the fact that Codex Bezae reads "Apollonius".
Is there a newer version of this article anywhere else?
