Default Is there any evidence that Jews have ever occupied "all" of ancient Canaan?

Genesis 17:8 says "And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, ALL [emphasis mine] the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God." We do not know what the borders of the ancient land of Canaan were, and even if we did, I do not believe that it is likely that the frequently changing borders of modern Israel complement the ancient borders of the land of Canaan.

Which makes your question unanswerable.

But you have an answer, one which would seem to authenticate the existence of modern Israel based solely on the Genesis citation — which you don't believe to be divinely derived anyway. So why ask?
