Default The Hittites and Legendary Critics

Inspired by a recent thread, I wanted to get to the bottom of the claim that early critics had denied the existence of the Hittites.

I have presented what I've found on my blog and Ebla.

best,
Peter Kirby

Outstanding, Peter, thank you for this.

Default Resource: ETANA/ABZU

The ETANA website has an enormous number of on-line texts on ANE topics, most are old 1880s-1930s but many are useful.

though there is some modern stuff, like this recent e-version of a Dictionary of Sex in the Bible
