Well, for one thing, the Skeptics provide their annotated bible for free, while you have to buy the Christian annotated version and can only get a couple of free "samples" - Ruth and Jude, which no one cares about. If it's so important to get the truth out, why wouldn't they make it available free as well?

I also notice that the Skeptics give links to Christian websites which refute their opinions. Does Jason Gastrich link to Skeptic organizations? I don't think so.

What a bargain. A mere $30 gets you the standard xtian apologetics that you can find for free all over the web.

Call me paranoid.. but the odds of me installing any application on my pc that these guys have written is pretty damn low. Who knows what they think is ethical in the name of Jesus....

Yeah, because infecting computers from people who buy their product is really a hallmark of Christianity. I think they have some biblical justification for it. Somewhere it says "Ye shall code worthily" or somesuch.

You can get an idea of Jason Gastrich's apologetic abilities here

Well, given that the inquisition thought it was a really good idea to torture people in order to save their souls, the idea is not totally unwarranted. (In fact, I could say that if we would reasonably aqcuire the belief that Xians infect computers under circumstances where they were in fact doing that, than that belief would be warranted. But I'll refrain from doing so )

As I've seen Gastrich defeated in debates on issues which are mentioned in the Skeptic's Annotated Bible (such as When did Christ say he would return?) his claims to have "refuted" it are clearly false.
