There's an old Jewish saying: Ask any two Jews a question and you'll get three different answers. There's a great diversity of opinion on this among all Jews, including the Orthodox.
Unfortunately, regardless of where they stand on the covenant and the modern state of Israel, the overwhelming majority of the Orthodox believe that annexing and ethnically cleansing the West Bank is the right thing to do. Even many of the ones who oppose those policies do so for backhanded reasons, such as wanting to minimize contact with the "unclean" Palestinians. |
