Default Historicity of biblical figures

Which biblical figures are likely to have actually existed? Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel, Noah, etc obviously didn't exist but what about Abraham or Moses etc?

My guess is (and it's only a guess) they were composites of various historical characters.
