Umm --

I didn't say there was a virgin birth in Isaiah. At least none that I'm aware of.

I meant that there is a "prophecy" in Isaiah 7 that is touted to be that of a virgin birth of Messiah.

Isaiah 7:14 to be exact.

Why is it wrong to eat, drink and breath?
We exchange earth (food), water and air with the outer environment.
We are a disipative system, far from equilibrium, as are all living creatures.
Perhaps much like a fountain of water, replacing itself with the elements
of nature over years, powered by an inner spark of sunshine fire.

I certainly dont think it is wrong to look at the outer world
in order to get to know the inner world, because I believe
they are intimately related --- as per an example above.

That nature in the outer world is wrong, IMO is unjustified.
The nature in the outer world, and our own inner world
nature is --- it seems clear enough to me --- one and
same nature, being all connected.

Best wishes,

Pete

Oh but I agree, there is nothing wrong with the outer world where our days are bright and the gold is golden while forever the moon shines on the clitoris. These are all good things, that is for sure, but they are also like raindrops that teach us something each time we get wet. I think that these teachings must gather into a stream that leads us to this basin where knowledge itself is ancient. It just is there and is ours by invitation just waiting there for us to enter as if it was the womb of man whence all good things come our way.

My point here is that it probably is not good enough to look at the outer world to see the inner world but that, instead, we must enter and penetrate the very core of our own being to be one with whoever we are.

I support your point Chili.
And best wishes,
