Retributive Justice
Why do many Christians say that retributive justice is against the bible?
The bible is FILLED with retributive justice. Moses himself killed an Egyptian who he saw mistreating a countryman. |

The Israelites wouldn't trust him as they thought he would kill them and Pharaoh wanted him executed. He had to flee to Midian. As I can recall (at this time of night) retributive justice is never approved by God, there is always punishmnet to follow, of what form. Retributive justice by the way I take to mean is 'justice' without reference to God 1st for advice or counsel. |
