This is a total lie stated from Jesus Christ himself,If it was not a lie EVERY christian would be a millionaire and they are not.

I never when I was a christian met a millionaire christian and I know many christians ask God for wealth and no wealth comes.Many of them were or are unemployed.

In this issue and point is the fact that these christians that I have met when I was a christian were givers,They would give to their church,Their 10% and more so why would God not give them a milion dollars in the first place so they could give $100,000 to their church?I do not know other than Jesus was a liar.

This is just quote mining the bible. We can make the bible say whateever we want if we feel so inclined.

There are Christian millionaries. I know of a few. Wealth and riches aren't the only things in life many people are happy with little. This is an argument with little to back it up. There is also a scripture in James that says when you ask for things you will receive them, but not to ask for things to consume for our own lust. Also God supposedly gives the desires of the heart, does that mean he gives you everything you want, or that he places those desires there? Well Christians actually debate this.

There are much better arguments against Christianity than this one.

Excuse me but that is irrelevant to my point,but I would assume that you are telling CHRISTIANS are lustful and do not deserve wealth.

That is just a copout like someone telling you God helps those who help themselves,If you can help yourself why would you even need God.

Oh I know the millionaires like jim bakker,jimmy swaggert and robert tilton that beg you for money so they can drive their mercedes when you believe they are doing Gods work.

There is definately a few.Which discredits jesus statement.

I actually just asked this question on RR. The underlying thing to it is, asking in Jesus' name and ye shall receive. If you ask for something Jesus never would, then you aren't asking in His name. And if it isn't something Jesus would ask for, it isn't in the will of God.

And beside the point Mark, what is your incessant compulsion with screaming that Jesus is a liar if you have no clue what you're talking about and don't even believe He existed?
