I am sorry to revive this ancient topic, but since I have run into yet another online debate of kill vs. murder, maybe somebody could clarify this :

Num 35:22 apparently uses ratsach for accidental manslaughter, and

Prov 22:13 has "The slothful man saith, There is a lion without, I shall be slain (RATSACH) in the streets."

How does that work with the (preferred) murder/justified killing translation of the sixth commandment ?
