Which KJV edition to buy?
I'm not looking for an expensive one, but one with quality. I initially thought of order this one. It's paperback, which isn't as great as hardcover, but look the price! BUT, then as I was going through some other selections in hopes of a cheap hardcover edition, I found this. Is there some kind of modernizing in other editions? How about in the first one I mentioned? Anyone know anything about these?

There've been spelling corrections and a complete update to modern spelling (not grammar). That's about it, really.
I'd recommend the Oxford World's Classics edition, which is one of the few with the Apocrypha. -Wayne |
