Default Question about manuscripts of Jeremiah and Acts

I have read that manuscripts of Jeremiah can can vary up to around an eighth of their content from one another and copies of Acts can vary up to around a tenth.

Are there any resources or books that focus on these differences and just what is found in some and not others?

The 'Western' text of Acts is substantially longer than the standard version. See for a translation acts_long_02_text

For Jeremiah you need to compare the Septuagint (LXX) of Jeremiah, the ancient Greek translation, with the standard Hebrew text.
