I can't believe how many ignorant people go around claiming the kjv to be the best translation and all others are perverted or whatever. The KJV is based on a translation of a translation while the other newer translations are from the dead sea scrolls which are in greek, the language the original writings were written in. The KJV is flawed in some of it's translation while the newer ones have fixed what the KJV had messed up. Anyone claiming that the KJV is the best reliable translation is smoking something.

The problem may be with King James - he not only gave us a Bible but also created the British Empire....
