Default Who was the "Official Thirteenth Apostle"?

Who was the official thirteenth apostle?
Did anyone keep the score cards?

Was it Paul?

Was it Matthew?

Was it Judas?

Or was it Constantine?

If the Roman Empire is official, then it's Constantine. So for Roman Catholics and their allies, that is, presumably their answer.
