I did not initially reply because my information is contained in a number of books and I have not read the works you mentioned. However, it seems from what I read that the patriarchal narratives contain enough detail to show they are "indiginous" rather than completely exported from another culture. As Spin notes, this does not mean there were no influences.

I will have to check the reference that contains the Egyptian parallels--the ANET--to make sure there are no "patriarchal" parallels.
